Delving into the Akashic Records

     Recently at a spiritual festival, I discovered the Akashic Records and had my first reading. It was very interesting. I had no idea what these records were, but I sensed something very light and good about them. Since the reading, I bought the book How to Read the Akashic Records by Linda Howe. I’m almost halfway though and have attempted to open the records for myself. I won’t explain what the Akashic records are, because I don’t know enough to explain yet. There are many YouTube videos on it, and the book is very insightful. Go take a look! It’s worth the investigation.      So, I’ve opened the records for myself. I didn’t get a huge mystical experience. It was very subtle for me…almost too subtle to where I wonder if I’m making stuff up. I felt a soft, fuzzy expanse on the top of my head, like a protected opening. I got the shivers, which is always an indicator of positive spiritual things. Introduction to the blog

 Hello,    Not long ago I started a journey that excited and frightened me. I began to question facts in my life. I questioned the unquestionable. Was there really a God in this heavenly realm? Is Jesus really God? Is Satan a real being? Is praying a specific prayer really what gets you into heaven? You must understand that in my world, those questions are dangerous, blasphemous. But I had to ask them. My background is Independent Fundamental Baptist just for frame of reference.     I have no answers yet. I only have questions and curiosity at this point. The only thing I’m pretty sure of is that religion was not created by God; it is a man-made way of making sense of who God is and what he wants from us. I’ve realized that God wasn’t meant to be in that kind of box. I think ultimately just wants a close relationship with us.
